Irregular menstruation. Taking Letrozole, unable to conceive. Suggestion?

sir,i am a doctor.i got married 2 year back.we r trying for a baby for 1 year.i have irregular menstruation .i am taking letrozole 2.5 mg for 5 days for 4 month.but after taking it my menstruation start...last month i took it 7 days menstruation was test was i took only after 7 days i menstruate. and cant concieve.sir what can i do now?
