Infant With Vomiting In Sleep. Not Waking Up. Concerned

HI my 18month daughter who is 25 pounds and 32 inches, went to sleep about 7:30pm. Around 8:30 I checked on her to discover she had vomited all over the bed and had seemed to roll in it but she was still asleep. We cleaned her up and changed her sheets and she still did not wake up. Should I be concerned? She usually gets a bottle of milk before she goes to bed but this is the first time she has ever thrown up this much. What should we do besides keep an eye on her.
