Infant Having Red Bump On Head After Hitting Table. What Are The Signs Of Unconsciousness?

My ten mnth old hit her head on the corner of a hard wood coffee table and now has a nickle size red bump. She's hit a few times various places trying to walk and looses balance but she cried a split second and I picked her up. Seems normal thus far but what are signs of unconsciousness? Just to be for sure. She's playing and right back at the dang table again but just want to be sure.
