hi i was wondering if both parents are rh negative can the baby come out positive? and do i have to worry if we dont know my hubby rh factor is? i ve miscarried once and 2nd was rh neg my same blood type do i worry.

If both the husband and wife are rh negative then baby will definitely be rh negative too. Baby will never be Rh positive.You must get your husband"s blood group checked as you are rh negative and you have already had an abortion earlier. This is a major factor responsible for recurrent abortions.
