I Have Serious Sinus Infection And Has Resulted In Bad

I have serious sinus infection and has resulted in bad breath(ozostomia). I took Clindamycin for the first time and it worked but the bad breath started again after six months, now an allergic to clindamycin, which antibiotic or drug would you advice me to take, thank you

good evening sir,
It is very important for us to know that weather you have undergone extraction after which this sinusitis has started? if yes, then probably your sinus is communication with oral cavity, and you have to get it evaluated by a dentist nearby you, if that is not the case, then you must find out the reason as to why are you having repeated sinus infection, only then your problem will be treated completely, meanwhile you can use betalactam group of antibiotics after consulting your physician and you can use normal steam inhalation for antihistaminics if the sinus blockage is irritating you.
