I have been having constipation problems. is there a specific medicine recommended for the same.

Hi.. there are few laxatives available over the counter which can treat constipation... However the use of such laxatives are not recommended for a longer period of time.. You need modification in dietary patern... consume plenty of water with increased fibres in your diet.. Consuming a banana after dinner also help.. Try these for long time benefits than commercial products...
