General & Family Physician Dr. Mohammed Tauseef's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum,
Treatment of dizziness depends on the cause and your symptoms, but is usually effective. The causes for this vary from Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo, Vestibular problems in ear to Low Blood Pressure. You will have to get your Blood Pressure and Hemoglobin checked. Set up an appointment with a ENT specialist to rule out the cause for your problem. You Doctor may suggest few antianxiety medications, take them regularly and go for regular follow up. Drink plenty of water if you have Low Blood Pressure and Sit or lie down immediately when you feel dizzy, Use good lighting if you get out of bed at night, to prevent any serious head injuries. Avoid coffee, it may worsen your condition. Take Care.
