I Am Suffering From Panic Attack. I Quit Smoking

are panic attacks usual??? then after them i seem to feel tired and i just wanna sleep but before the panic attack i am ticked off at everything. I also feel like i cant breath in all theway sometimes but thats only when i have my panic attacks is this normal?? what are some other withdrawel symptoms??

nicotine is very addictive and the withdrawal symptoms are pretty bad, the its more mental then physical though. you will feel agitated, hollow inside an sometimes you even get depressed,and yes you do get MADD STRESS, Panic attach's are also a known symptom. hang in there you will start to feel better soon.
