What Causes Panic Attack, Breathless And Sweating?
hello doc, i am suffering form panic attack, i feel uneasy and feel breathless, starts sweating.. wats wrong with me?? this happens wen i enter in lift till i get out from lift, also happens wen i sit alone in my home.. please suggest and tell me what is wrong with my health. recently i am trying to quit smoking too..
Hello Keep one thing in your mind that smoking is injurious to health so don't smoke further . Now your concern about panic attack with breathlessness and sweating . In my opinion this is not due to any disease , rather it is due to psychological effect. Due to anxiety and tension there develop panic attack and this causes breathlessness , sweating ( some person also develops rapid heart rate i.e. palpitation). Relax and divert your attention towards other things , still no relief then consult a psychiatrist and get his help. Good luck.
