dear sir please help me, i am 25 years old and suffring with supan dosh from 5-6 years, i take many types of medicine but no result..now with supan dosh here is leakage at day time when i work or in bus journey, and now a slow pain sometimes please give me suggessions....

Hi,thanks for query.When you are not having any disease ,how come any medicine cure you ? There is continuous production of semen inside the male body after certain age.When ever you get excited ,in your case during sleep the semen comes out.This is absoletly normal.This again happenes when you are excited in day time,the pre cum comes out.Please relax,do not supress your natural desire and you will be fine.
