i am considered overweight and i haven t had my period in about a year. it comes once in a while and i m not pregnant . is this normal because i am overweight?

Being overweight is not a reason for not having your periods.You need to rule out some conditions like PCOS,hypothyroidism etc to determine the cause behind this.
