Hi,
You are having about 8-10 kg more weight than normal of maximum.
Rule out diabetes and hypothyroid.
Avoid more fat, carbohydrate in diet.
Avoid taking more tea, coffee.
There should no food intake between two major lunch.
If you feel hungry, take some slalads and lime water.
Take plenty of green veggies and fresh fruits juices.
Go for regular heavy exercise for about 30-40 minutes 5 days in a week.
Your ESR is normal.
Ok and take care.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. Saurabh Gupta's  Response
Hi,
Aim to lose one to two pounds a week to ensure healthy weight loss. Losing weight too fast can take a toll on your mind and body, making you feel sluggish, drained, and sick. When you drop a lot of weight quickly, you’re actually losing mostly water and muscle, rather than fat.
•Keep in mind that foods that are heart-healthy are usually weight-friendly, too.
•Add more healthful food choices to your pantry, and remove less healthful ones.
•Drink plenty of water, and eat a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables.
•Eat only when you're hungry.
•Know what proper portions of food look like, and exercise portion control.
•Control between-meal snacking.
•Significantly reduce your intake of calorie-dense foods.
•Cut back on or eliminate sugary drinks.
•Tailor your eating to something you can stick with and that makes you feel satisfied. Remember that there are many ways to eat healthfully.
