During pregnancy it is very important to have a healthy diet which is needed for the proper growth of your baby and even for your health.As for the type of horlicks you need to take you can take any of the two as it will not make much of a difference but you need to remember the medicines of iron;folic acid and calcium which will be prescribed by your doctor so take them regularly that is really important.
