How Unsafe It Is To Have Fat Baby In Womb?

I had my 36 wk US today and all was normal except they estimated the weight in the 25th percentile at 5.4lbs. Nor mal cord flow, heart rate, fetal movement and fluid levels and my Bp was 120/80, which it has been running for the past several weeks. They said to return in 2 wks for another US and expect an induction. I am not comfortable with this plan and would like to go naturally if posible. Please help me understand why the sudden jump to induce with only one issue. All previous US have been normal. Is the baby that far behind on the growth charts? Are the US measurements truly accurate?

I think weight of baby is ok .you are just 36 week . 4 more weeks to go. Baby gain weight in later months. Go for regular checkup and usg. I think you can deliver normally.
