OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

You need to thoroughly investigate her get her tumor markers done, and CT pelvis done to rule out the cancer if any, from description it looks more of endometriotic cyst.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shrikrushna Chavan, OB & GYN Specialist
