Question about bright yellow fluid dripping from right nostril when I bend my head down - what could it be from? Just got over a sinus cold but experienced lots of headaches and vertigo (recently gave up coffee and drinking green tea and go running in the mornings 545am). Thank you.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have yellow fluid dripping from nostril when bent down. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons , but in your case the symptoms are probably due to Sinusitis only and there is a possibility that inflamed sinuses are releasing inflammatory fluid that is dripping through nostrils. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may order CT scan along with physical examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin or penicillin along with decongestant and expectorant . Doctor may also recommend surgical procedure of drainage of sinus .
