hi gud eve,ma sister is 22yrs old ,and she alwys told me that whole nigth she didnt sleep ,i think she is sufferring from sleeping disorder,how to overcome this problem,whats the reason behind this

She must be having insomnia.There can be various causes for the same ranging from stress to psychiatric disorders.
I advise her to visit a Psychiatrist and get evaluated.
She can make some life style changes like having very good exercise during evening s , so that she sleeps of tiredness.
She can also try yoga , meditation.She can try meditation with theta waves or binaural waves with apt frequency and verified source.These show good results in many.
