What Causes Sleep Disorder?

Doctor i am retired person of 60 years and diabetic .i have sleep disorder for the last onemonth. I am no able to sleep till 6 am . Even alprex 0.25 mg is no helping. Can i take nurokind g if you please recommened any other prescription. I am very fine during the whole day. Please suggest and oblige. My sugar and bp is under control with medicine not on insulin.

If I were your physician I would try trazodone for sleep. The dose can be adjusted as needed. Others suggestions are to cut out caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. I helps to also to not use electronics and not to exercise just before sleep.
