How To Treat Headache?
I have recently started taking 3mg of Melatonin TR (time release) so I can stop waking up at 2am. It hasn t worked yet and all last night I had a headache that felt like a hangover...I still feel like I have a hangover headache. Is it the Melatonin or maybe something else?

Melatonin side effec ts are pretty rare. and changes in mentation alertness or headache with lack of sleep is much more common. cannot say in your particular case.
