Should Valdoxan Be Taken In The Morning Or During Bedtime?
Question: Hi I will start valdoxan 25 MG in addition to my Cipralex 20 mg my doctor advised to be taking together at morning but i read at leaflet to be taken before bed time.
Can you kindly advise if we can take at morning?

Valdoxan is Agomelatine and is a good antidepressant drug. The drug is related to Melatonin. In individuals with depression the drug helps in improving quality of sleep, reduced the awakening at night and improved wave deep sleep. So the drug should be preferably taken at bedtime after dinner.
You can continue to use Cipralex in the daytime. You can discuss this with your doctor too.

Okay my doctor advised now the same after i talked to him
Moreover i take it in combination with cipralex 20mg i take cipralex in the morning and along with 1.5 lexotanil split into morning and night 0.75 MG
