Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I can understand. You should be having the symptoms of a chronic alcoholic. Please understand substance abuse also triggers depression and anxiety related issues. Treatment is not done for depression in that case and is done for substance abuse and deaddiction. Another important point is to allow a psychiatrist to diagnose your problem and decide on treatment instead of self diagnosis and worry.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
