Hallow Dear,

Post delivery bleeding for two weeks should be taken seriously.

You will have to find out whether there is any trauma inside your genital tract, whether any products are left in the uterine cavity or the uterus is not contacting.

Ultrasonography can give the information of any products left inside the uterine cavity. If so, you will need the evacuation of the uterine cavity under antibiotics umbrella.

Clinical examination will reveal any trauma inside the genital tract. If so, it will need surgical repair. If the uterus is flabby, some medicines to contract the uterus will be required.

Also please get your blood estimated to find out the extent of bleeding. Anyway, start iron preparation and high protein without delay.

Please report to your obstetrician ASAP.

I hope this helps you today.
