How To Reduce Menopausal Tendencies Naturally?

Hello, I ve been going through menopause since I was 36. But recently I find myself so angry at EVERYTHING!!I ve tried changing my diet ,exercise and trying just to hold my tongue and nothing works for me. I hate the idea of going on medication (not a person to put chemicals in my body) but need help naturally .What can I do or take to help myself and my hurt and confused family?

Hi,

36 is not the usual age for menopause. If you still feel symptoms then get the female hormone profile with sonography of pelvis and thyroid profile done so it would be better for the management. As you wanted to have a natural remedy for your issue.

I will advise you to consult a good Clinical Nutritionist and dietitian who will check your routine diet pattern and advise you good food and nutrients as there are many food responsible for the hormonal imbalances if taken excessively.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
