Hello
Welcome to HCM
I understand your concern. The only best thing to avoid bacterial as well as yeast infection is boosting up your immunity.
As you are getting repeated infections,it seems that your body's immune mechanism is very poor. You need to build your immunity.
The following measures can be adopted:
1.Don’t smoke.
2.Exercise regularly.
3.Maintain a healthy weight.
4.Control your blood pressure.
5.Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and low in saturated fat.
6.Get adequate sleep.
7.Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly.
Hope you are happy with the answer.
Thank you
