How To Induce BM, Absent Since 5 Days When Miralax, Enema, Water Not Helping At All?
My name is Michelle I am female, 50 yrs old.
I have not had a bowel movement in 5 days. I feel terrible. nauseas, feel like I am going to explode. Im using Miralax but not working, Im drinking lots of water. I have done enema but there is nothing there. It feels more like my upper intestines. What can I do?

No bowel movements , distension, enema and miralax not working = all suggest like yo have an intestinal obstruction.
Stop doing anything more and report to the ER or a Hospital. You need investigations , to be nill orally and may need surgery to relive the obstruction id conservative management fails.
