How To Increase The Body Temperature?

i/m 65, dad was 94 at normal death.
Mi have high blood sugar--controllable thru "Janumet.
my body temp has dropped from 96.9 to yesterday of 96.2.
I've ALWAYS been warm to hot, but not the last 2 years.
what caan i do to raise temp==food, exercise???

welcome to hcm,
it is mild hypothermia only
as you are suffering from diabetes look your blood sugar levels now take adequate food intake if your sugar is low
put warm clothes, sweaters etc
remove all wet cloths
come near the heater
take hot fluid intake
avoid alcohol and coffee

rub the feet and palms with others palms.
warm iv fluids may be needed for some
