How To Get Rid Of Tiredness And Drowsiness During Pregnancy?

1AM 41 WEEK PREGNANT AND FEEL VERY TIRED AND SLEEPY ALL DAY SINCE WEEK 40. i SLEEP MORE THAN 16 HOURS AND STILL FIND IT HARD TO GET UP. I dont want to do anything. how can I overcome this problem. every day I do walk for an hour but that doesnt help. it makes me more sleepy afterward. Help

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Excessive lethargy and tiredness is common in late pregnancy, due to hormonal changes of pregnancy.
Such symptoms are also caused by hypothyroidism, so I would suggest you to get your thyroid hormone levels done, and get further management accordingly.
