Avoid lifting heavy weights from your left hand.
Doing hot fomentation and application of pain relieving gel will give some relief from pain.
Apply locally elastic crepe bandage on your left elbow for support.
If the pain is severe you can take ibuprofen
one tablet twice a day after meals and a muscle relaxant
like chloraxazone along with an antacid
