How To Diagnose Early Pregnancy After Unprotected Sex?

Okay ive been having unprotected sex with withdraw method for about 2 months. I dont really keep track of my period but I started feeling symptoms like I was about to start but I was more tired and felt sick when I ate. About 2 days ago I started bleeding a little but no cramps which is weird because I usually cramp very badly the first 2 days of my week long periods. I also bleed very heavily while this time there was only a tiny bit of bright red blood on the very tip of my tampon. I decided to just wear a pad which I have never ever been able to do because of my heavy periods. I then started noticing little brown drops of discharge on my pad and the next day only brown discharge when I wiped. Today I woke up and I have a thin milky white discharge. I also started to have diarrhea tonight. I took a pregnancy test about a week ago before I started spotting and it was negative. I have always had regular periods and never spotted in my life. Im so confused about whats happening to my body and I dont know what to do. Help! Please :)

Hi dear..there's nothing much to worry about..slight variations in bleeding pattern are noticeable off and on sometimes ,which may be associated with a change in sexual habit or some hormonal fluctuations..if your pregnancy test is negative ( not even a trace of second line), just keep your menstrual record, if such abnormality in bleeding pattern persists, get a serum TSH and serum prolactin done..
In case you have any doubts in your first pregnancy test, you can repeat it..by any chance if it turns out to be positive, then get a transvaginal ultrasound done to confirm the site and viability of the pregnancy followed by further intervention..
Take plenty of fluids and tab metrogyl thrice a day for 3 days plus darolac sachet twice a day for your diarrhoea..
