Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion during the preterm period mostly the fetus will be in breech position.The fetus will be constantly moving and restricts to one position when nearing to term.There are no methods to prevent breech position.The position depends on the space inside the uterus and pelvis.The fetus gets adjusts to that.So we can t make or prevent any position.It is not usual to feel any hiccups and say position of fetus.The exact position is known by physical examination and ultrasound.So relax.
