How To Cure Spots Caused Due To Chickenpox?

Hi, i m of 25. i suffred from chickenpox in my childhood. due to itching..i scratched out chikenpox pimples deeply with nails,as i m a child. bt after some time, i saw that those pimple i scrached, they become deep holes on my face s skin. it seems like i scrached out some upper portion of my skin which is never recovered or filled by itself. they still on my face and looks so ugly. it just like up n downs on my face as they are too many on my face. please give me best solution for this... coz everyone says that there is not safe or permanent solution for this problem. i want totally plain surface on my face. please tell me what i should do ?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your it seems that due to chickenpox you have got deep scars leading to formation of holes or craters on face..

Treatment of the scars depends upon the type of scars..

Scars are of different types like:
- Boxcar scars.
-Waterpik scars.
-Rolling border type etc.

Treatment is not completely done with topical medications and you might need certain chair side techniques depending upon type of scars like Microdermabrasion, microneedling,excision with elevation, dermal rollers, Fractional CO2 lazers etc depending upon the scar type..
As of now you can start applying silicone gel over the scars..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
