How To Cure Shivering, sore Throat And Constant Headaches?

hi , I am 5 months pregnant and woke up shivering last night i couldn't get myself warm, my muscles were that tense the pain made me cry, I had a temperature of 38 last night, I have constant headaches and a very sore throat, it hurts to move my head around as it feels heavy with pain, and i have not slept all night and been sick this morning, I haven't had my rubella vaccine, i'm not sure if it could be this?

to know if you have rubella
check for small red rashes over your body
joint pains
fever
running nose cough... like a common cold or more
you can also do a serum IgM RUBELLA titre from a reliable lab nearby, which if above the set lab standards only a matter to worry
n even if it s rubella it s less harmful to your baby now at completed 5m0nths/20 weeks
most likely you are suffering from a bacterial tonsillitis n sinusitis which needs to be treated with antibiotics and steam inhalation n warm saline gargle
