How To Cure Pain In Vagina Before Menstruation?

hi i nazima i am 27 years old i have completed 5 years of married life still i didnt conceive a baby i have treated so many doctors but still failed my problem is that i have pain in vegena it occours 8 days before mences ihave done ultrasound scanning in that report is uterus anteverted normal in size follicle/corpus luteum cyst in right ovary it size is 20

*18mm in right ovary

I really appreciate your concern, such genital pain could be nonspecific and it may not be due to any disease if the pain is just mild to moderate then it may not need any treatment, but this is unbearable then you can have analgesic and best would be "Tab Acetaminophen 500 mg" sos but in my opinion just wait for some time it would be subsides soon, other finding are not related with this pain, for the pregnancy it needs some compatibility like presence of ovum and sperm at the time of coitus, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
