Brief Answer:
Can be normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Why did you get a scan done?
Are you married? Do you have sexual intercourse?
The ultrasound scan shows there are good number of follicles growing. This does not sound to be an illness or disease for me.
When you say the period is regular then it is even better. Every month from the time of menstruation one ovary will start preparing follicles with egg growing inside. In the middle of the month the egg would be released which may turn to become foetus. If it does not turn it gets absorbed as corpus luteum.
