Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The Following Results?

hi, i had my pelvic ultrasound and the findings was, anteverted uterus with no mass seen. normal ovaries with a corpus luteum on the right. thickened endometrium with a small cystic structure at the fundic portion like a gestational sac. what does it mean? am i not pregnant?thanks for your help.

Hi

You have not mentioned your period of amennorhoea(duration for which period was absent) and whether urine pregnancy test was taken.

The scan suggests the presence of gestational sac in the uterus which suggests pregnancy.It should be followed by scans to detect heart beat which takes around 6 weeks.
