How To Correct An Eye Which Is Stuck In A Cross Eye Position?

If my friends eye is currently stuck in a cross-eye position and he cannot focus on anything too close to his face with out his entire vision being thrown off, are there any suggestions as to how to fix this? I believe he is a bit dehydrated, under-fed, and currently just had a crystal methamphetamine relapse the other day. Thanks.

Heis having sqint. Refraction is to be done. Complete muscular mov ment is to be recorded. Acomodation problem is there. If proper corection is given then squint will be corrected and He will be acomodate for near vision. Orthoptic exercise for near vision may be done daily.
