General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

History of regular periods for 3 moths ,followed by delay and your symptoms suggest pregnancy. But it needs to be confirmed by home pregnancy test after 8 days delay in periods OR by laboratory blood hCG test. USG scan after 5 weeks pregnancy that is about 1.5 months of delay in periods.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
