How To Confirm Early Pregnancy?

good day. i am currently having fertility treatment and i was diagnosed to have produced good egg last august 4, 2012. i am now few days delayed of my expected menstruation. i had two pregnancy tests and the result turned out to be negative. could i still be pregnant despite the result?

Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.I went through your query.As you are on fertility treatment and now delayed of your period.So there may be chances of pregnancy inspite of negative urine test as it comes negative sometimes in early tests.So better get an USG abdomen done and then consult any gynecologist.Hope i answered your query.Good Luck
