How to avoid stress during periods ?

Having alot of stress out of nothing and can't sleep before the time of the period .. Dear ,Doctors I m 40 years old Please, i can t sleep at night before the time of the period and i have alot of stress ... so please could you tell me what to do git rid oF This stress and how to sleep regularly at night ? Thanks

Chamomile and PassionFlower tea is always a stress and mucsle relaxer. Try sipping that tea and listen to calming music and think positive! Hang in there.

you will have to come out of your stress find out the reasons of stress and remove them
do not take stimulating drinks before going to bed
have some meditation regularly
regular exercises and healthy balanced diet will help a lot avoid excess of t v times and loud musics
if you are too much in stress have counselling and take some medications as advised
