How Long Would It Take To Switch Back To Methadone From Suboxone For Chronic Pain Treatment?

my wife recently switched from methadone to suboxone for treatment of chronic pain, however the suboxone is not providing the pain relief she requires. How long would it take to switch back to methadone ? She was on 20 ml of methadone p/d and is currently on 24mg suboxone. This is her 3rd week on the suboxone, and has been as high as 32mg

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can appreciate your concern If I would be her doctor then I would surely advise her for not to take potent pain killer medicine this is not good for health, it is better learn to tolarate the pain, once you start bearing the pain then the pain intensity goes high and touches to the peak level, and then start dwclinig slowly and this is the natural way of analgesic action and effects of this ramains long lasting, you better try this, I hope this answer would help her, take care and have nice day.
