How Long Ofatumumab Drug Should Be Taken?

I am getting the drug Ofatumumab and have done the first eight doses weekly and am ready for the next four doses of of once a month for four months doctor is talking about continuing once month dose for some time after all 12does are done as a maitence program what would this do to the body. How long can this drug be used?

This drug can be taken for as long as needed. The indications are so many that the way it is used in one disease is not the same way it would be used in another. we would need to know what the reason for taking this drug is before recommending a duration. Also, the response to treatment highly influences the duration, dosage and drug intervals. So please,, ask your treating doctor with all the required information to provide answers to this.
