How Is Treat Pain In The Chest Which Feels Like A Pulled Muscle?

my blood pressure has been 157/115 tonite,i have tachycardia and take medication diltiazem er 240 but still have ben experiencing some problems but then it goes back down the heart rate hasnt been high average 90-100 should i worry also some pain in my chest but it feels more like a puled muscle when it does hut happend twice

No you should not neglect this as pulled muscle.
You are having tachycardia (high pulse rate), high blood pressure. So we should first rule out heart diseases for your chest pain.
So get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring
2. Ecg
3. 2 d echo.
You may need anti hypertensive drugs and other cardiac supportive drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension.
Consult doctor and discuss all these.
