hello, i am 23 years old, i have 6 months old baby boy. i had normal delivery, i want to know which is the best Contraceptive Method. I thought of getting copper-T , is this helpful?? and which is the right time to get this done??? and can you tell me the price?? reply awaited thank you

Hi,
Copper T is a good option in terms of contraception.Ideally it should be fitted on day 4/5 of your menstrual cycle.This is provided free of cost by the government of India.But other varieties are available for a cost.The lastest versions are more expensive.The other options you may have are oc pills and barrier contraception.
