hi how is post nasal examination done ?and i would also like to know how a tuning fork is held?and y a tuning fork of is 512hz preferred?

Post nasal examination is done with the help of posterior rhinoscopic mirror, to visulize choana, enlarged adenoids etc

Tuning fork is held from its stem.

512 hz is preferred coz it has neither shorter decay time nor produces sence of bone vibration.
