How Do I Get The Tampon Out?

It hurts when i try and take out my tampon... its like almost stinging pain? Not quite STINGING but yeah. Is it because i ve only left it in for 2 hours or what My mum s not home so i cant ask her about it.... Pleeeeeeeease help me! I am aware that there is a string there.. I don t tend to use tampons when i m not on my period.. I got the bugger out... i think it was just too big...

It could be because the tampon is dry especially if you don't have a heavy flow and you only had it in 2 hours. Use the correct absorbency size. You will be okay.
