Hi good morning,
I am 30 years old and am suffering from shoulder pain over a year now. I used to do exercise and I remember I picked up heavy weight. however I have taken X-ray many times and there is no problem with my bones as the Doctor said. he also told me to do some light excercise, now I am doing exercise to reduce pain but it cuases me much pain. what should I do please advice me.
