How Can Chronic Allergy Rhinitis Be Treated?

hi, im 30 yrs old now, i had allergy rhinitis since 20 and im taking celestamine once a week or when my allergy persist... but now ive noticed that celestamine or claritin effective last for 2 days so i took it once aday... my problem is i got tounge numbness after intake of drugs, i can t enjoy my food, i can t taste it, how is it? any treatment or advice? tnx.....

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergy. I suggest using antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest using a steroid nasal spray for local application. I recommend to avoid the allergens.
