Hit On The Head, Blurred Vision For Few Minutes, No Memory Loss, Seem To Fine Now. Any Thoughts?

I was playing soccer fell and hit my head. I had blurred vision for about 2 mins then it was gone my coach was afriad i agot a concussion but i was perfectly back to normal in less than 10 min. I had no memory lost or any other problems. They are making me go see a doctor just to make sure i am fine but i believe i am ok. Any thoughts???/

Transient blurring is common after head injury. It is not a serious problem. If you are any of following symptoms then you must consult a physician-headache, vomiting, weakness of any arm or giddines.
I think you don't have any one of this. It is not necessary for you to consult a doctor on emergency basis.
