History Of C-section, Appendectomy, Laproscopy. Have Ovarian Cyst, Painful Sex, Frequent Periods. Surgery?

i have had 4 c section an appendectomt 2 lap scopes have cysts on my ovaries very painful sex frequent menstrual cycles an d they are very painful suffer eith pain q day have a lot of scar tissue the dr. states she have to do a long incision on the abdominal area im diabetic a1c1 level is a 5.7 im very afraid but so ready to get this over with i sufer from anxiety take 2mg xanax qid take percocet 10 tid the percocet dont kill my pain just kweep me moving for work my anxiey level has gotten higher since iv learned about this surgery please give me some advice.....

Very sorry that you operated for many times.
Now there is ovarian cyst .
Still they advice you surgery .
Since you have not mentioned the size and number of ovarian cyst ( single or multiple).
Usually ovarian if single and small in size can be cured by conservative treatment i.e. without surgery.
Get in blood examination for Estrogen ( estradiol ) level, F S H / L H level.
Androgen level also an useful test.
If cyst is not painful and ovarian stroma is not obliterated then I think surgery is not necessary .
In my opinion consult one more Gynaecologist and get his opinion for surgery or medical treatment ( 2nd opinion ).
