Suggest Treatment For Pain During Intercourse After Tubal Ligation

I am 25 years old and have 2 children I.have hd my tubes tied and also hve has an endometeial ablation I have had an ultra soind done vlood teats and a ct scn and notjing has come back out of the normal but I still continie ro jve lower back pain and pelvic pain and also pain during intercourse I also have pain durin a bowel movement or when I cough. Sneeze or run...it has been an ongoing problem now what should I do? The doctors just give up and say that thwre is bothing wrong? Please help
